Qualification:
- Senior Assistant (Electronics)
- Education: Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering.
- Experience: Two years (2) relevant experience in the concerned discipline.
- Junior Assistant (HR)
- Education: Graduate.
- Junior Assistant (Fire Services)
- Education: 10th Pass + 3 years approved regular Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire.

12th Pass (Regular Study) - Driving License: a) Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License;
OR
b) Valid Medium Vehicle Licence issued at least One Year before the date of advertisement i.e. 06/12/2025.
OR
c) Valid Light Motor Vehicle License (LMV) issued at least two years before the date of advertisement i.e. 06/12/2025.

AAI Jobs 2026 – Age Limit
- The candidate’s age shall be 18 to 30 years as on 06/12/2025 and the upper age limit is relaxable as follows:
Age Relaxation – AAI Recruitment 2026:
- 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- 5 years for SC/ST
- Length of service will be extended by 3 years for Ex-Servicemen. ESM (Ex-Servicemen, age relaxation is applicable as prescribed by Govt. of India order issued from time to time). (ESM candidates should indicate the category to which he/she belongsSC/ST/OBC/UR/EWS)
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for candidates who are in regular service of AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA (Additional relaxation of 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates).
- Maximum age limit for Widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands and who are not remarried, up to the age of 35 years (up to 40 years for member of SC/ST and 38 years for OBC)

Selection Process For AAI NER-
- Junior Assistant(Fire Service):
(i) Stage 2- Written Exam (Computer Based Test)- Duration: 2 (Two) hours
(ii) Stage 2- On passing the online Computer Based Test (CBT), shortlisted candidates shall be subjected to Biometric Attendance, Documents/Certificate Verification including Driving License followed by Physical Measurement and Medical Test. - Junior Assistant(HR):
(i) Written Exam (Computer-Based Test). Duration of Exam-2 hours.
(ii) Computer Literacy Test in MS Office (Qualifying in nature)
(iii) Document Verification. - Senior Assistant(Electronics):
(a) Written Exam (Computer-Based Test). Duration of Exam: 2 hours.
(b) Document Verification.
