- Perform end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offering till pre-onboarding.
- Ability to work on sourcing platforms & channels.
- Recruitment data and trackers management.
- Perform end to end background verification requirements.
- Updating our internal databases with new employee information.
- Perform day to day HR Operational activities from documentation, including but not limited to, pre-onboarding, recruitment.
