Cognizant fresher hiring for Analyst Trainee (2025, 2024 and 2023 graduates)

Cognizant Multicloud Responsibilities:

• Perform activities based on defined guidelines in SOPs/Runbooks with an understanding of business impact. 
• Adhere to customer security and compliance requirements. 
• Follow customer communication etiquettes. 
• Ensure stated productivity requirements for the engagement. 
• Contribute to continuous service improvement plans (CSI). 
• Participate proactively in knowledge-sharing sessions. 
• Act as a buddy for new hires. 
• Adhere to organizational policies and processes (including Cognizant’s security policies, LP, timelines, etc.).  

Cognizant Multicloud Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates from 2024 or 2025 batch of any 3-year UG degree (For e.g. BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, Bvoc, BMS, etc) with minimum 50% in academics. (rounding off 49.9% is not allowed).
• Candidates with standing arrears are NOT eligible. 
• Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and any technology is mandatory. 
• Open to Indian nationals / OCIs who are currently residing in India. 

Cognizant Digital Workplace Services Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries. Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems. 
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnosis and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution. Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving. 

Cognizant Digital Workplace Services Eligibility Criteria:

Cognizant Integrated Smart Operations Responsibilities:

• Describe relationships between tables and write queries to retrieve data from database.
• Perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures for a given Low-Level Design.
• Prepare test cases / scripts / data and execute manual / automated tests.
• Analyze root cause and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tools related to IT Service Management and Data Analytics.
• Possess a strong drive to innovate & experiment in projects. 

Cognizant Integrated Smart Operations Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates from 2024 or 2025 graduated batch of 3-year UG degree in BCA, BSc – Computer Science, Information Technology (allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics & Electronics with minimum 60% in academics. (rounding off 59.9% is not allowed).
• Candidates should possess consistent academic record with minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG (rounding off 59.9% is not allowed).
• At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate in the 3-year UG degree with no arrears.
• Appropriate CGPA to % conversion to be considered as per university norms.
• Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and any technology is mandatory.
• Open to Indian nationals / OCIs who are currently residing in India. 

Mandatory documents:

• Industry accredited certificate if available to be uploaded mandatorily
• All academic documents including the college ID card (if available), school / college, UG and PG marksheets, provisional/ degree certificate.
