Business/Customer:

• Engage minimally with customers under guidance.
• Understand domain processes, functions, and terminologies such as SOPs and QC checklists.
• For Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Complaints Management: Perform data entry from source documents into Clinical/Safety databases, ensuring turnaround times and accuracy.
• Handle critical and sensitive transactions.

Coding:

• Perform coding tasks for assigned projects within set timelines and efficiency standards.
• Import uncoded terms into the database and export coded medical terms from the coding platform.
• Manage queries and create and prioritize “New Term Requests”.
• Perform dictionary updating activities as needed.

Clinical Data Management (CDM):

• Conduct migrations, setup, and closeout activities, as well as study conduct activities under supervision and quality checks from the Team Lead.
• Perform peer quality checks of TJDA activities.
• Generate study-related reports, status updates, and manage study-related email communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Project/Process:

• Tackle complex problems and escalate to Supervisor/Line Manager when necessary.
• Handle first-level transaction processing.
• Meet quality standards and achieve targets/volumes within the given turnaround time.
• Proactively identify issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Report and document process changes.
• Comply with industry regulations and requirements.

Knowledge Management:

• Update process documentation as needed, with guidance.
• Participate in knowledge transfer activities.

People/Team Management:

• Adhere to organizational hygiene and compliance needs, including:
  
  • Personal utilization and timesheet submission
  • Personal and new hire assimilation
  • Attendance
  • Team initiatives
• Collect team performance metrics.
• Manage break schedules and transport logistics for the team in the absence of the supervisor.
