Genpact Off Campus Job Description:
- Campaign Setup: Configure and activate campaigns in the Ad Serving System based on provided assets and specifications. Ensuring accuracy in targeting, scheduling, tracking and budget allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and are ready for launch.
- Campaign Monitoring: Track campaign delivery and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and meeting KPIs.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to campaign setup, delivery, or performance in collaboration with internal teams. Assist in mid-flight asset swaps when required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Campaign Activation Specialist, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of campaign setups and provide regular updates on campaign status and performance.

Expertise as Campaign Manager for international market.
