Age Limit:
- Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years
- A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1996 and not later than 01.07.2004 (both dates inclusive)
- Age relaxation for the upper age limit is as per the government rules.
Age Relaxation:
- OBC Candidates: 3 years.
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 years.
- PWD Candidates: 10 years.
- Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen (SC/ST): 8 years.

- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualifications recognised by the Central Government.
- Candidates should have completed & have a passing certificate for their graduation after 31.03.2020
Indian Bank Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:
- Selection for engagement of candidates who apply for apprenticeship in the Bank after paying the requisite online fee shall have to undergo the selection process, which would comprise the following.

- Duration is 15 minutes for each test. Total – 60 minutes
- There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th of the mark assigned for each question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- It will be at the discretion of the bank to conduct the interview or dispense with it.
- The Test will be conducted in major regional languages (as may be decided by the Bank) except General English which will be in English.
- Merit list will be drawn state-wise and category-wise. Candidates qualified in the test will be placed according to their aggregate marks in descending order in respective States and Categories
Local Language Proficiency:
- The candidates applying for training seats of a particular state should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in any one of the specified local languages of that State
- The test for knowledge of the specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of the selection process.
- It will be conducted after qualifying for the online written examination.
