Job Description:
- To maintain discipline and a clean environment at the workplace.
- Skillfully diagnose snags and take prompt rectification action on aircraft AOG situations at Base or Outstations within TAT.
- Should be able to work independently and with minimal or no supervision and complete the job within the TAT.
- To mentor/train Train Trainees & Technicians on the job and promote Teamwork.
- To be able to correctly plan/deploy the required number of Technicians for each task and supervise effectively for higher productivity.
- To be able to work independently and under no supervision.
- To take responsibility for maintaining ground equipment, Test equipment, and Tools.
- Liaise with Stores for the issue of required Consumables, components, and tools and ensure they are returned to Stores after use by Technicians.

Skills:

Strong communication (both written and verbal English), and organizational and interpersonal relationship-building skills

Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues

Qualification:
- BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma from Any stream
- AME Diploma (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer)
- Cof C is mandate
- Minimum 60% aggregates in 10th, 12th and AME
- Good communication skills
- Min. 1 year as Technician on A320/ Boeing/ATR or 3 Years exp as Technician in General Aviation
