• Demonstrate strong knowledge and passion for testing and quality assurance.
• Engage in various testing activities including Functional Testing, Results Validation, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Automated Testing to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Participate in the review of requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications.
• Analyze and review design and mapping documents created by the development team.
• Derive test cases based on business requirement documents and development team inputs.
• Review peers’ test cases to ensure high standards and comprehensive coverage.
• Coordinate with both onsite and offshore peers in the development and testing teams to enhance test coverage.
• Provide detailed justifications for any defects found and offer sufficient inputs for reproduction to the development team.
• Write SQL scripts for data validation.
• Adhere to defined processes to achieve excellence, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Communicate status, issues, and risks with product teams and developers on a timely basis. Identify, mitigate, and drive issues and risks to resolution.

Skills:

• Fresh graduates with a completed testing course and certification from a reputed institution OR a minimum of 1 year of experience in functional testing.
• Knowledge of System Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong database skills with the ability to understand and write complex SQL queries.
• Familiarity with test management tools like TestLink or QC.
• Understanding of agile methodology.
• Experience with bug management tools such as Quality Center and Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional communication both orally and in writing.
• Experience with functional automation test tools (such as QTP or Selenium) is a plus.
• Exposure to SQL and REST API testing.
• Experience in the SCM/Logistics domain is a plus.
• Proficiency in agile methodology and tools like Jira.
• Strong conceptualization, analytical, and logical skills.
• Familiarity with test management and defect management tools.

Infor Off Campus Qualification: 

• BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc.
• QA Analyst with 0-1 years of experience in manual testing and SQL.
