- Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-driven solutions to support process digitization within PDS.
- Develop and prototype small-scale apps or automation tools using Python, SQL, and low code/no code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Mendix, AppSheet).
- Collaborate with PDS stakeholders to understand process pain points and convert them into technical requirements.
- Assist with data extraction, cleaning, and analysis to support automation and digital solutions.
- Document solutions, prototypes, and processes for ongoing knowledge sharing and future development.
- Actively participate in team meetings, agile sprints, and project discussions.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation relevant to real estate and project management.
