Job Description:
- The candidate is responsible to identify bugs/issues on OVH website through:
- Screening of flow on different domains of OVH regularly
- Watching customer journey video on lucky orange
- Screening of content on website – images, load speed, translations etc. and reporting this to respective teams
- Coordinating with different teams to get the issues resolved
- Regularly evaluating conversion reports to identify drops which are happening
Skills:
- Good people management skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Amazon system or similar systems.
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach demonstrated proficiency with written English and with an accent.
