• Campaign Creation & Execution: Assist in designing and executing referral campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• A/B Experimentation & Analysis: Support A/B testing initiatives, analyze results, and provide insights to inform future experiments.
• Content Development: Contribute to creating compelling copy and creatives for referral campaigns, aligning with brand messaging.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate on optimization strategies

Skills:

• Interest or prior experience in growth marketing/growth hacking
• Curiosity for solving consumer app problems and improving user engagement
• Basic understanding of data analysis and deriving insights (a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualification: 

• 12th Pass / Any Degree from any stream.

Work Experience: Freshers.
