- Assist in maintenance of advertisement register for IRDA filings
- Coordination with marketing team for issuance of advt codes.
- Reviewing merchant exception cases in line with approved merchant onboarding SOP.
- Assist in maintenance of summary and dashboards – NPRA and Merchant Advisory
- Intra-Team Coordination and follow ups with other teams for NPRA responses
- Maintenance of NPRA records/ evidences and follow up for closure of the product
review. - Maintaining Service Now tool for NPRA reviews.
