Wello Work From Home Job Description:
- Support financial operations by managing vendor relationships, drafting/reviewing contracts and NDAs, overseeing payment cycles, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and keeping the team on top of financial operations.
- Contribute to building and documenting internal processes by drafting SOPs, policies, and workflows that improve efficiency and strengthen company operations across different teams.
- Assist in coordinating cross-team initiatives by maintaining documentation, tracking progress on tasks and issues, and helping ensure projects move forward smoothly.
- Conduct research on competitors, payments, crypto, and web3 trends while tracking new tools and best practices to support strategy and decision-making.
- Maintain organized company documentation and knowledge management systems (e.g., Google Drive), ensuring files, policies, and records are structured, up to date, and easy to access across teams.
- Provide flexible support across recruitment, scheduling, meeting organization, and day-to-day operational tasks to keep the team running smoothly
