Airtel Off Campus Job Description:
- Responsible for Network & system uptime as well and must have strong knowledge of NOC Monitoring Systems.
- Perform regular checks on network, hardware & software, servers & client, and respond to errors/alerts in the Transport Stream and hardware malfunctions.
- Hands-on experience with multiple Tools like TS analysis tool, RF margin tools, STB testing tools & Barco wall monitoring hardware, etc.
- Have good knowledge of DTH/Cable industries Hardware like IRD, Encoders, MUXs, Modulators, Evertz MVIP, Grass Valley MVIP, and Monitoring Wall (Barco, etc), and have experience with configurations of these hardware.
- Having good knowledge of MPEG compression (H.264/H.265), Audio compression (AAC, DD, DD+, Dolby ATMOS), DVB – S/S2, SI/PSI tables, ASI/SDI, Encryption, simulcrypt and Transport Streams, etc.
- Must have knowledge and working experience in STB’s operation, STB architecture, CAM/VC, EMM, ECM, EPG, OTA, DU, Interactive applications, STB games, FP, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate with partners and cross-functional departments.
