American Express Off Campus Job Description:
- Operations Support role for Global Card Issuance
- The Global Card Issuance team leads suppliers and is responsible for managing the manufacturing, personalization, delivery, and replacement servicing of all propriety card products globally
- This role sits in the Special Handling team managing card issuance exceptions, with the goal of ensuring the queue is worked quickly to ensure cards can be personalized and then delivered accurately to CMs around the world
- This Backoffice position is responsible for day-to-day processing requirements. It is a B28 role and reports into the Card Issuance Manager of Special Handling
- The Special Handling Team provides coverage to the Global teams around the clock in a 24*7 environment
- Review, analyze, and accurately process back-office exceptions, including emergency card replacement, rejects, card pulls and more
- Utilize the American Express systems to gather information to resolve account issues
- Work on e-mails received from internal customers, performing analysis and due diligence
- Identify opportunities to improve current working practices
- Other job responsibilities as assigned based on business need
- Effective Communication through Emails, slack & Webex meets with global teams
