- Maintaining the meeting agenda: Co-ordinating with analysts in Japan region to schedule the morning meetings on a daily basis
- Research Summaries: Compiling summaries of published research
- Tracking Research changes: Tracking & reporting changes done by research to stock ratings & price targets
- Calendar: Calendar of events highlighting the events arranged by the team – with the aim of marketing these to the clients
- Event Tracking: The person will be involved in maintaining a database and tracking the events organized by the team. This will also include regular presentation of the data for easy interpretation across different parameters.
- Corporate Access Website Data Management: The person will be involved in ensuring that the team’s Corporate Access event details are uploaded and maintained accurately on the Firm website.
- Investor Profiles: Create Investor Profiles for conference
