- SLA Maintenance/ Management, monthly Uptime reports, bandwidth utilization reports & interface utilization/reporting of all the devices.
- Trouble shooting and debugging of Network and Application access issues.
- Incident management.
- Submission of periodical reports on the performance of the equipment’s and its review.
- SLA maintenance/management, daily, weekly, and quarterly interface utilization report, hardware report etc..

Skills:
- Knowledge on ITIL framework;
- Technical ability to provide 1st level network monitoring;
