- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, with a focus on SPM modules like Demand, Projects, Ideas, Resource Management, etc. to meet specific business needs.
- Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and ensure the scalability and performance of the developed solutions.

- Configure and optimize ServiceNow SPM modules to support the organization’s service portfolio and catalog.
- Design and implement Strategic Portfolio Workspace.
- Able to configure the cost plan management.
