Job Description:
- Help Customers resolve onboard onto the system, resolve any issues, and support upgrades and other rollouts
- Work with Customers to help them use the Software, and resolve any bugs/issues
- Use Javascript to tailor the user interface to Customer-specific workflows
- Build customized reports for Customers by updating SQL procedures and queries
- Usd monitored metrics to optimize the software for Customers, track and verify rollouts
