Bank of Baroda Recruitment Selection Process
The selection process for recruitment in the Bank of Baroda will be based on the candidate’s performance in the written exam, group discussion, and personal interview. Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on their performance in these tests. Candidates are advised to be well-prepared for these tests.
Syllabus and Exam Pattern –
The computer-based exam for this recruitment will be conducted in English only and will consist of the following subjects:
- Reasoning (30 questions, 30 marks)
- English Language (20 questions, 20 marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude (30 questions, 30 marks)
- General Knowledge (20 questions, 20 marks)
The total number of questions in the computer-based objective type exam will be 100, with a total of 100 marks. The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes, and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted as negative marking. The written exam will be conducted in both English and Hindi languages.
