• Processing orders in the system based on the input from customers.

Skills:

•  Around 1 years of experience in O2C preferably Booking (gained preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO).

• Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP)

• Candidate should be ready to work in night shift (6.30 pm to 3.30 am)

• Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close

• Ability to work in a team.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks

   

Qualification: 

•  B.Com, BBM, BBA or MBA from any stream.

Work Experience: Freshers / 0 – 2 Years
