• Process customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicates with customers through written correspondence

• Mastery in English and local language.

• Good communication skills.

Qualification: 

• BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA graduate from 2020 onwards can apply.
• Fresher’s can also apply
• 0-12 months of experience will be considered for Junior Process Associate
• 1-3 years of experience in backend operations domain for Process Associate.
