Wipro Off Campus Job Description:
- Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
- Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
- Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization
- Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems
- Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those
- Analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
- Perform complex DAX queries and functions in Power BI
- Create customized charts and custom calculations as per requirements
- SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data
- Ability to create and manage Power BI dataflows, troubleshoot errors, understand data connections across various platforms including SharePoint, MS SQL, Oracle, Azure, etc.,
- Configure environment, upgrade, migrate, manage users, security setup
- Create and manage workspaces, gateways, RLS & scheduled refresh
- Resolve all technical and performance issues in dataflow, refresh, dataset & gateways
- Ability to interact with business as well as technical teams
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Good to have understanding of tools like Tabular Editor, ALM toolkit, DAX studio
